Heya Reader,
There is something I have been reflecting on lately, and I feel it may resonate with you too.
We often hear that we need to let go.
Let go of the past.
Let go of what affects us.
Let go and move on.
Yet when something keeps returning, there is usually a deeper reason.
A thought that stays with you.
An emotion that comes back.
A situation that seems to repeat itself in different forms.
It can feel as if you are going in circles. As if you should have moved on by now.
And still, something within you keeps bringing it back into your awareness.
What if this is not a sign that you are stuck…
What if it is an invitation?
An invitation to look a little deeper.
To see what is still asking to be understood.
To discover the perspective that has not yet been seen.
In my experience, real transformation does not come from pushing something away.
It comes from allowing yourself to see it more clearly.
Because the moment you truly see what is happening within you, something shifts.
Your thoughts change.
Your response changes.
And with that, your reality begins to change as well.
The repetition stops, not because you forced it to end,
but because the pattern no longer has a reason to continue.
This is where a deeper sense of balance begins to emerge.
A balance that feels more grounded. More stable. More true to who you are.
If this speaks to you, I have written an article in which I guide you through this process step by step.
Ps. in my online platform 'The SelfHealing Movement' I offer personal guidance if you wish to dive deep into your own mind ♥ You can join the platform here.

Stop letting go
What keeps returning is asking for a shift in perspective. It asks for awareness of who you are.

Take your time with it.
There is no need to rush this process.
Sometimes, simply being willing to look again is where everything begins.
With love,
