Can consciousness change the way food feels in the body?

Heya Reader,

There are moments when food feels deeply nourishing. Almost alive.

And there are moments when you can eat something healthy, fresh, and carefully chosen, yet still feel as though your body is missing something.

Over the past years, I became increasingly curious about that difference.

Not only about what we eat.
Though about how we relate to food.

I began noticing that when I slowed down and became fully present with a meal, something shifted. Flavours became richer. My body responded differently. Food felt lighter, more vibrant, and somehow easier to receive.

That curiosity eventually led me into a much deeper exploration of consciousness, subtle energy, sacred geometry, and the energetic qualities of food itself.

What I discovered surprised me.

The way we direct our attention appears to influence how food is experienced within the body. And when that attention is combined with specific geometric structures and subtle energetic principles, the effect can become even more tangible.

Not in an abstract or complicated way.
Though in a very direct, physical experience.

People often describe food tasting softer, fuller, more alive.
Some notice their body feels lighter afterwards.
Others simply experience a deeper sense of connection and presence while eating.

What touches me most is that this process feels incredibly natural.
Simple.
Accessible.

And it all begins with awareness.
With slowing down.
With learning how to work with attention in a different way.

From this exploration, I created an online workshop called ‘Mind Power Food’, where I guide people step by step through the process of vitalising food using the Cosmic Creation method.

It is practical, experiential, and deeply personal.
A space to explore for yourself what becomes possible when consciousness becomes part of the way we interact with nourishment.

If this sparks something in you, you are warmly welcome to explore it further.
